Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging, and only if the product is defective or damaged. Installed panels are considered accepted and are not eligible for return.
Please inspect your order upon delivery or pickup. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours with photos. Shipping-related damage is not refundable but may be eligible for replacement through the carrier.
All returns require prior approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. We do not offer direct exchanges.

We ship across Canada and offer local pickup in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and weight.
