At Véra Designs, we take pride in the quality of our acoustic wall panels. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
Returns are only accepted under the following condition:
The product is defective or damaged not caused by shipping
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Installed panels are considered accepted and are not eligible for return
Custom-made items, clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
Please inspect your shipment at the time of delivery.
If the packaging or panels appear damaged, do not accept the delivery
Notify the delivery carrier immediately
Contact us within 24 hours with clear photos of the damage
Shipping-related damage must be reported promptly so we can file a claim with the courier. Shipping damage is not eligible for refunds, but replacements may be arranged through the carrier claim process.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please allow 7–10 business days for processing
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, please place a new order separately for the desired product.
For local pickup orders, items must be inspected at the time of pickup. Once collected, the order is considered accepted.
