At Véra Designs, we strive to deliver your acoustic wall panels safely, efficiently, and on time. Please review our shipping guidelines to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Shipping Zones & Rates

We currently ship across Canada and offer local pickup in Halifax, NS. Shipping zones are organized as follows:

  1. Atlantic Provinces: Nova Scotia (NS), New Brunswick (NB), Prince Edward Island (PE), Newfoundland and Labrador (NL)

  2. Central Canada: Ontario (ON), Quebec (QC)

  3. Prairie Provinces: Manitoba (MB), Saskatchewan (SK), Alberta (AB)

  4. West Coast: British Columbia (BC)

  5. Local Pickup: Halifax, NS

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and size.

Local Pickup

  • Available at our Bedford, NS location

  • Panels measure approximately 8×2 ft, so we recommend bringing a truck or suitable vehicle for transport

  • Pickup instructions and confirmation will be emailed after your order is placed

  • For local pickup orders, items must be inspected at the time of pickup. Once collected, the order is considered accepted.

Shipping & Handling

  • All orders are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit

  • Please inspect packages at the time of delivery

  • If the panels are damaged during shipping, do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately at veradesignslimited@gmail.com or 902-500-5330 with photos of the damage. This allows us to file a shipping claim and arrange a replacement.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email

  • Use the tracking number to monitor your package status
