Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
Yes, pickup is available from our Halifax, Nova Scotia location. Please note that panels are large (8ft x 2ft), so we recommend bringing a truck or suitable vehicle. You’ll receive a confirmation email with pickup details after your order is placed.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns only if the product is defective or damaged (not due to shipping damage). Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and authorized before sending items back.
Can I return an item I changed my mind about?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong color, or size selection once the order has shipped.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Refunds are approved only for defective items not related to shipping damage. Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
