Refunds

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  
• Refunds are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged, not due to shipping issues.
  
• If your item arrives damaged during shipping, contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement.
  

Returns

• Returns are accepted only for defective or broken products (not related to shipping damage).
  
• All returns must be authorized before sending items back.
  
• Returns can be made in person or by mail at Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Important:
If your delivery arrives in visibly damaged packaging or panels appear broken, do not accept the goods. Inform the delivery carrier immediately and contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage.
